The Global Trading Community have been training, backing and supporting traders for over 15 years. We are a trader incubator previously part of a Hedge fund and our mandate is to unearth the next star traders. Our community cultivates trainees, develops traders and backs them with funds. Hedge funds and Proprietary trading firms rely on our graduates. We're here to nurture and develop.
If you want to become a successful trader you will require training of similar quality to that found on Investment Bank graduate schemes. You will also need the best trading software and a low cost non retail environment. You will need to be in the same community as the most successful exchange traded derivative traders in the world. You will require daily contact with experienced traders, and will need to watch them in action. Finally you will need to practice trading real money , under proper supervision and at no personal risk. All successful trading boils down to pattern recognition and the development of mental maps that help us translate our perceptions of patterns into concrete trading behaviours. Without such mental maps traders become lost in complexity. We create a belief system based on a clear understanding of the behaviour of the winners and losers in a zero sum game.
