After having a go at trading eleven years ago with Lind-Waldock and being bitten by "the bug" I made quite a few inquires with different training provider's and I'm glad I chose to spend my money with FCT. There are a few training companies out there, most didn't even bother to reply to my initial inquiry and the one's that did where a bloody Nightmare and I felt like I was being sold to. TCA being the worst by a country mile. FCT on the other hand, where the complete opposite, They answered my inquiry almost straight away and I was made to feel welcome. The other trading providers made me feel like I was something stuck to their shoe. Peter's free flowing style of teaching made a very pleasant change, I only wish I had teacher's like that at school. Mario also deserves a big thank you. I had a few technical difficulties at the beginning which he always sorted out pretty much straight away. Even when he couldn't because he was up to his eye's in it, the next thing you knew ten minutes later, was Logmein flashing the cursor bouncing all around the screen then he was gone. Job done and he hadn't forgot about you, even though your only a trainee. This is was very reassuring to know, that help was just a click away and nothing seemed to much trouble for him. I'm sure he must get frustrated sometimes with new starters asking silly questions or saying stupid things like "my sound isn't working" and after he's checked your system he tell's you to "turn your mute button off" lol. He always just seemed to be there for you. Company's are made up of people and are only as good as the people who work in them. So with all the above points, I would strongly recommend FCT to anyone considering a Futures training course. Please feel free to print this off and stick it on the Notice board if you have one, so staff can read it. I've been in sales along time and there's nothing better than when you get positive feedback from customer's instead of the usual negative moaning and complaints about how bad and wrong thing's are.

I have enjoyed steady success since finishing the training course, having progressed to higher trading amounts by spread trading, FCT's fundamental trading strategy. Having a position both long and short greatly reduces the wild fluctuations involved with outright trading, and helps produce steady returns. Before starting the course I had no set trading strategy and was unable to produce any sort of consistent income After learning spread trading and the. They provide you with a load of Technical and Fundamental analysis which is easily available for something like £50 from a good book. After completing University, I was looking to gain first hand experience of what a career within Trading involves. My experience with FCT provided me with a valuable insight, learning the fundamentals behind futures and fixed income markets and then later applying the academics studied into trading in the real-life markets.
